Where is my order?
Enter your order number and email or phone on our tracking page. We also email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
When will it ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 days, and shipping is free worldwide on orders over $79. Delivery times depend on the method you pick at checkout.
Change the address or details
Email us your order number and the change before your order ships. Once it’s on its way, we may not be able to change the address.
Return or exchange an item
Unworn items with the tags on can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Start it yourself in our return portal.
