Free Shipping for Orders Over $79!*
We partner with SF Express and DHL, and we ship worldwide.
*For shipping destinations in Hawaii, all packages are sent via DHL to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we charge a shipping fee ($12) that's less than our typical DHL rate to cover a portion of the shipping cost.
*For shipping to NY, NJ, IL and PA, we have switched our shipping partner due to increased package lost complaints. Customers in these states will receive packages from USPS as our last-mile delivery partner.

Fulfillment
Orders are typically fulfilled in 3 business days.
*Please note that DHL tracking number is generally provided to us 3 days after the actual fulfillment. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have the tracking number.

Need to change address?
Email support@projectisr.com with your order # and address before your order is fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, we may not be able to modify the address since the package is already on route.
Lost & Stolen Package Policy:
Lost Packages: Responsibility for lost packages lies with PROJECTISR. In such cases, items will either be replaced or refunded to the customer. A package is considered lost if it is not marked as "Delivered" according to the United States Postal Service's electronic tracking system.
Stolen Packages: Responsibility for stolen packages rests with the customer. A stolen package is one that has been successfully delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Once the United States Postal Service's tracking system confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer's responsibility. PROJECTISR is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for stolen items.
