- Do you have a physical storefront?

Unfortunately, we only run the online store with the domain name of PROJECTISR.com at the moment. We are planning to open our first physical store at NYC. Please follow our Instagram @projectisr_official for the most recent release info.

 

- What gender is PROJECTISR’s cloth made for?

All of PROJECTISR's clothes are designed to be unisex. You can use our smart size calculator located on the product page to find the right size for you!

 

    Orders & Delivery

    - Where can you ship to?

    We provide worldwide shipping and are able to deliver to most countries (169 countries) in the world.

     

      - What are your delivery options/costs?

      We partnered with DHL and SF Express for shipping services.

      • Standard: 5 - 9 business days | Free for orders above $79. $9 for Orders below $79.
      • Expedited: 3 - 4 business days | Rate calculated during checkout, range from $19 - $29 depending on your order amount. 

        - Why is my order still not shipped?

        Orders typically are shipped within 3 business days. If your order hasn't shipped after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team (support@projectisr.com) and one of our customer representatives will assist you with your order.

         

            - How do I track my order?

            Visit our Order Tracking Page and track your order with your order number and phone or email address.

             

              - Do I need to pay customs fee?

              For US Customers: Tax-Free | Duty Fees May Be Assessed For Orders Over $800.
              For International Customers | Duties And Import Taxes May Be Collected Upon Delivery

               

                  - I have trouble placing my order. It keeps showing "Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."

                  Please try checking out using your browser's Incognito/Private mode. Sometimes our bot prevention system makes mistakes and this should help.

                  - Will sold-out products re-stock?

                  About 60% of sold-out products will be restocked in 2 - 3 weeks. You can sign up to be notified when it restocks via the sign up button on the product page.
