+ What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
+ Do you have a physical storefront?
At the moment we only run the online store (PROJECTISR.com). We are planning to open our first physical store in NYC, although the opening date is yet to be determined. Please follow our Instagram @projectisr_official for the most recent product release info.
+ What gender is PROJECTISR’s clothing made for?
PROJECTISR's apparel is primarily designed for menswear, but it is versatile. We recommend using the smart size calculator located on the product page to discover the right size for your specific needs.
Orders & Delivery
+ Where do you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping and deliver to most international locations (currently 169 countries).
+ Where do you ship from?
We have multiple warehouse locations across the U.S. and Asia. Many of our products are shipped from Asia while others are shipped from FL / NY.
+ What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
We partner with DHL and SF Express.
- Standard: 7 - 11 business days | Free for orders above $79. Flat $9 for orders below $79.
- DHL: 4 - 7 business days | Rate calculated at checkout. Shipping cost is a flat $59 due to tariffs. (Note: Tracking numbers are provided a few days after hand-off).
+ Why has my order not shipped yet?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If yours hasn't shipped by then, please contact support@projectisr.com.
+ How do I track my order?
Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email/phone.
+ Do I need to pay customs fees?
- US Customers: Tax & Duty Free (except FL sales tax).
- EU Customers: Tax & VAT Free.
- International: Duties and Import Taxes may be collected upon delivery.

+ Will sold-out products be restocked?
About 60% of sold-out products are restocked in 2-3 weeks. You can sign up for restock notifications via the button on any sold-out product page.
