- What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
- Do you have a physical storefront?
Unfortunately, at the moment we only run the online store with the domain name of PROJECTISR.com. We are planning to open our first physical store in NYC, although the opening date is yet to be determined. Please follow our Instagram @projectisr_official for the most recent product release info and news.
- What gender is PROJECTISR’s clothing made for?
PROJECTISR's apparel is primarily designed for menswear, but it's also versatile for girls. We recommend you use the smart size calculator located on the product page. This tool will help you discover the right size for your needs!
Orders & Delivery
- Where can you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping and are able to deliver to most international locations, which currently includes 169 countries around the world.
- Where do you ship from?
It depends on the customer’s specific order, as we have multiple warehouse locations. Most of our products are shipped from Shanghai while some are shipped from New York.
- What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
We are currently partnered with DHL and SF Express as our shipping services providers.
- Standard: 7 - 11 business days | Free for orders above $79. Flat $9 shipping rate for orders below $79.
- DHL: 4 - 7 business days | Rate calculated during checkout. Shipping costs will range from $19 - $29 depending on your order amount. Please note that DHL tracking number are generally provided to us a few days after the package is handed off to DHL. This does not impact the timeline.
- Why has my order still not shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If your order hasn't shipped after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team (support@projectisr.com) and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you with your order.
- How do I track my order?
Visit our Order Tracking page and track your order with your order number, and phone number or email address.
- Do I need to pay customs fees?
For US Customers: Tax-Free | Duty Fees May Be Assessed For Orders Over $800.
For International Customers | Duties And Import Taxes May Be Collected Upon Delivery
- I am having trouble placing my order. I'm receiving a message that states "Too many attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."
Please try checking out using your browser's Incognito/Private mode. Sometimes our payment system makes mistakes and blocks transactions by accident. You can also contact us via the chatbot on the bottom right corner of your screen, and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist via live chat.

- Will sold-out products be re-stocked?
About 60% of sold-out products will be restocked in 2 - 3 weeks. You can sign up to be notified when your favorite products are restocked via the sign-up button on the product page.
