How to Spot a Fake NEIGBORL
Popular designs get copied, and copies are often sold using our own product photos. This page shows what genuine NEIGBORL looks like, so you can tell the difference.
What genuine NEIGBORL looks like
NEIGBORL uses two spellings on its own goods: "NEIGHBORL" on the woven label and "NEIGBORL" on hardware and embroidery, plus the short code "N.G.B.L". A spelling difference alone does not mean a piece is a copy.
The woven waistband label
The "N.G.B.L-026" leather patch
Camo pocket bags
The stamped waist adjuster
Chain-stitch chest embroidery
Signs of a copy
- A big "sale" against a "was" price that is higher than the piece has ever sold for.
- Our product photos and descriptions, shown under a different shop name.
- Plain, unbranded hardware on cargo pants where the genuine pairs we photographed have stamped snaps and a stamped brass adjuster.
- Listings that mix NEIGBORL up with other labels that have similar-sounding names. NEIGBORL is not connected to them.
- A shop you reached through a social media ad, with very low prices or odd spelling. Search the shop's name with "review" before you pay.

Bought one somewhere else and not sure?
