Online Returns & Exchanges

 

We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all products. You can return or exchange the items you purchased if the item is unworn, undamaged, and tags not removed within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees. If a product is deemed defective, we offer 365-day coverage and will ship replacement to you free of charge.

We will provide you with a shipping label if you live in the US, CA, AU, UK, or EU. For returns outside of these regions, please contact support@projectisr.com.

After your return has been received and inspected (72 hours after delivery), we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product, and whether or not the return has been approved for a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded (in the event that you paid for shipping).

All approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the return is processed to be posted to your account.

After your exchange has been received and inspected (72 hours after delivery), we will start processing your exchange item(s). Generally, your exchange package will be shipped in 3 business days after the inspection is complete.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label may be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to eligible items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
