Care:
- Hand wash recommended using warm water; do not soak for extended periods. Squeeze out water gently and hang in a cool, ventilated area to dry. Once fully dry, gently pat to restore softness and loft.
- For knit parts: wash in cool water (max 25°C), avoid machine washing where possible; pre-soak stained areas in detergent solution and gently brush with a soft brush. For faux fur / fleece parts: use neutral detergent and cool water only — do not wring, spin-dry, or tumble-dry as this causes distortion. For leather/PU parts: no dry cleaning, no tumble drying, no high-heat ironing; machine wash on delicate if needed, hand wash without soaking using specialist detergent.
- For dark-colored items: avoid prolonged direct sunlight; wash separately from light-colored garments to prevent color transfer; Avoid using alkaline detergents on down-filled components as these damage fibres and reduce loft; use neutral detergent and do not expose to direct sun; For corduroy sections: soak in water; then soak in warm water (max 40°C) with detergent for ~10 minutes; hand wash gently; and brush lightly with a soft brush along the pile when half-dry
